Sutil to appeal against conviction
The ex-Force India drive is to appeal against his 18-month suspended sentence for grevious bodily harm. Hamilton will be called to give evidence at the appeal, having declined to do so at the last trial due to team commitments, after which Sutil called Hamilton a "coward" for not turning up. Force India have said that the case had no bearing on Sutil being dropped from the team for 2012.
