Ecclestone: "What protests?"
Bernie Ecclestone has insisted the Bahrain GP will go ahead "200 percent," saying, "do you think that if we cancel Formula 1 that all the problems will just disappear?" When informed about recent protests where a 15-year-old went to intensive care after shots were fired, he responded: "What protests? Nobody has been shot. What are you talking about?" before swearing and storming off.
