Barrichello takes credit for Williams revivalRubens Barrichello has said that he feels he played a part in Williams' return to form this season. "All the work carried out for this car is a result of what we fought hard for last year... I have no doubt that with a little more experience in that group, their cars would be even further forwards." He also mentioned Senna's performance: "Bruno is already reaping a lot from being with an engineer who was mine."25 April 2012

Christ, he's at it again. And to think I only fired him so I wouldn't have to hear any more of his moaning.

That's so unfair Frank, it was obviously because Senna brings in loads of money and that's all you care about these days.

Bruno Senna
Please refrain from comparing me to my uncle, I am my own person with my own racing history.

What are you on about? I was talking about your ridiculous amounts of sponsorship, I didn't mention Ayrton at all.

Bruno Senna
See, you did it again. I would appreciate it if everyone would call me Bruno from now on.

Frank Williams
Well Rubens, you might have noticed that in 4 races, Bruno's already scored over 3 times as many points as you did in the whole of last season.

That's easy when he's taken my race engineer, who I nurtured with my great technical expertise and experience. Just imagine how good you'd have been this year with a little experience in the team Frank.

Christ almighty, experience? I'm seventy fucking years old Barrichello, and I've been in Formula 1 for over 40 of them.

Fernando Alonso
Apparently you're still learning from your mistakes Frank, although maybe not as quickly as you used to - it did take you a whole two years before you dumped Barrichello.

Michael Schumacher
Sometimes it's easier to break things down and look for the simplest explanation Barrichello: You drive for Williams, they're shit. You leave Williams, they improve. Mystery solved.

Rubens Barrichello
That's so unfair Michael, everyone knows I did all the hard work building the new car last year, and now Senna's driving it and getting all the credit.

Michael Schumacher
That's funny Barrichello, then seeing as you were at Williams in 2010 I suppose you should also take credit for the 2011 car, the worst in the team's 34 year history.

That doesn't count Michael, I came in when Williams was at a low, it took me loads of time and effort to improve the team all by myself.

Which leads me to another observation: Before you join Williams, they're about as shit as they've ever been. You join Williams, they get even shitter.

How about this Michael: Before I join Ferrari, twenty years with no driver's championships. After I join: 5 championships in a row.

Michael Schumacher
I'll skip the obvious answer there Barrichello and I'll try going by your logic instead: that would be because Eddie Irvine spent 4 years single-handedly building the car and then you came in and took all the credit.

Eddie Irvine
Sounds about right Mikey, Fast Eddie's technical skills are second to none, almost as legendary as his lady skills.

Michael Schumacher
That's right Eddie, deranged as ever. And I have to say I was truly gutted by how your last race for Ferrari turned out - I didn't even get the chance to take a part in your failed championship bid, you flunked it all on your own.

FastEddie
Eddie Irvine
I always wondered if you'd have let me past Mikey, Fast Eddie could have turned the world of team orders upside down.

Michael Schumacher
My championship-decider record speaks for itself in that regard, but when it's my own team-mate it would be even easier. Fast Eddie's Ferrari would have been upside-down if there was even a hint that Michael Schumacher wasn't to be the first Ferrari champion since Jody Scheckter.
